Self-control,which plays a very important function for people to apply to the society,is veryimportant to Undergraduate’s adaptation and development. So far little research has beenconducted on the career self-control.Based on the summary analysis to the related literature, interviews and open-endedquestionnaire survey shows the key points should be thinked highly to understanding ofundergraduate’s career self-control. The scale which was developed based on this researchassumption,has good reliabilities and validities. As the scale has been checked, structuredquestionnaire survey was conducted to have a look of the features of the career self-control aswell as the relation between self-control and career. Finally,the experiment was designed toverify the effect of the training of career self-control in order to further testify the effect. Themain results are listed below:1.There’s significant difference in undergraduates’ evaluation between career self-controland learning self-control.2.The developmental level of undergraduates’career self-control is little higher than themiddle level,but still not optimistic that the students often be persecuted by negativityemotion.3.There is significant positive correlation between undergraduates’career self-control andcareer adaptability. Career self-control may be principal reason of the effection of careeradaptability.4.There’s an evident improvement of undergraduates’career adaptability score after careerSelf-Control Training.This study may provide the help for undergraduates’career education,and the help to theunderstanding of undergraduates’self-control. |
