The Research On The Leisure Education Of80’s Professional Women

The progress of the society and the development, has brought great changes tohuman’s life. People are no longer cycle work like a machine, but knowing how to make theirlife better, so people pay more and more attention to leisure. Leisure in the positive role ofhuman development and social progress, is found by people more and more. Women in sociallife and production occupies the important position, especially professional women. Theparticipation of leisure education, is a direct impact on the progress and development of thesociety. What’s the situation of80’s professional women, and what are the problems exist inthe leisure education,is worth us to explore further.This article in the introduction part illustrates the topic basis, research objectives,research contents, research methods, research objects and the research overview of at homeand abroad.In the second part illustrates the basis of educational sociology and educationalpsychology. The teaching mode and consulting mode should put together. The educationalsociology including Marxist’s theory of leisure, Haltzman and Brow’s leisure theory,Whoever bollen’s leisure theory, Durkheim and Merton’s sociology theory. The educationalpsychology studies including Maslow’s hierarchy theory, Compensation\overflow theory,leisure motivation theories.In the third part investigates the current situation of80’s professional women’s leisureeducation. We mainly investigate the leisure time, the way and content of leisure education,the motivation of leisure education, the attitude to the course of leisure education, the skills ofleisure education. There are many problems in the leisure education, the goal of leisureeducation is not clear, the concept of leisure education is not correct, lack of the skills ofleisure education, the knowledge of leisure education is not enough, the contents of the courseof leisure education is imperfect, the way of leisure education is lack of flexibility, the contentof leisure education is one-sided. Based on the above-mentioned factors, and we put forward the following Suggestions.we should clear-cut the leisure education goals; strengthen the knowledge of80’s professionalwomen; improve the leisure ability and skills; improve and change their own leisureconsciousness and the concept of leisure; should guide how to use the leisure time. The coursecontent setting to have diversity of leisure education, increased leisure education curriculumevaluation, rich leisure education teaching model.In the fifth part is the ending.
