The Research On The Leisure Mode Of Urban Modern Professional Women

Marxism believes that the purpose of social production, is to the maximum meet people's increasing needs of material and cultural life. Nowadays, with the rapid development of science and technology unceasing improvement, people's living standards have greatly increased, lifestyle changes in gradually. Leisure, not only can promote people's own quality, but also can promote the harmony of human and nature,man to man, human and society.It has become one of the basic content of modern daily life. The leisure and the people using for leisure, is one of the important impact factors to the human health of body and mind, life quality, social economic system, and even to determine the cultural values. Modern Chinese women have independent social status and economic power, they increasingly yearning the wide world. Whether to enjoy leisure life fully and freely, is a important aspect that reflects women's life quality.Urban modern professional women as a certain social position group, their leisure life also be more and more concerned. How to promote professional women's participation in leisure effectively, increase their leisure time,improve their leisure life quailty,comfort level and satisfaction,and make them realize that they have the right to enjoy leisure, recognizing the leisure meaning for personal life value.This is a worthy of discussion.This article tried to under the perspective in sociological theory, based on the data of questionnaire survey from professional women, described the leisure life condition of women white-collar objectively, discovered its existing problems:first, the modern professional women's leisure time possess quantity remains to be improved. Due to white-collar professional feature, they not only need to take care of their family, but also work hard in the fierce competition. These are all the reason for reducing their leisure time.Combined with marital status and age, most of the unmarried professional women aged 18 to 25 are in the beginning of career, the fierce competition and current employment situation force their spirit highly focuse on the work. Work overtime of situation exists generally, work time often occupy their leisure time in a certain extent.For aged 36-45 married women, they need to give consideration to career success and family responsibilities,so their leisure time is also few. Second, professional women's leisure activity rich with low levels, leisure ideas need to be further improved. The survey found, they still mainly with traditional leisure activities, and the learning, the social type leisure activities are fewer, and leisure activity range is narrower.Leisure partner selection is much also from family, friends, classmates, and leisure place selection is also in the home, high-level leisure activity participation rate is lower. Meanwhile, their leisure purposes is still mainly in alleviating fatigue, loosening body and mind.Third, the white-collar professional women's leisure is affected by a number of factors. Include three influence factors:social factors, marriage and family factors and personal factors. The chang of women social role and their participation in leisure activities opportunity are supplement each other. In marriage and family life,not only the leisure time, but also leisure behavior, there are much different from unmarried and married women. Unmarried women assume the family responsibilities and family pressure lower than the married. Individual factors, educational level, economic income, occupation types, body health, hobbies, etc. various influence of leisure life quality all affect leisure satisfaction. When the women choose leisure mode, first concerned is the convenience degree and security.In view of the above problems, this research make the following suggestions:1) personal level:cultivate professional women to set up scientific leisure view; advocate them to update leisure mode; take scientific and reasonable consumption;2) government level:strengthen the leisure education to professtional women; adequately attention to their leisure life quality; formulate rational leisure industry planning, and develop leisure industry and leisure culture in changchun characteristic; strengthen community leisure activities sites and facilities construction.
