Education quality is the quality of the educating the students. It embodies thestudents’ quality.We must carry out the education quality by improving the schools’education quality. If we want to improve the compulsory-education’s quality, theNine-Grade-System compulsory Countryside Schools will play an important role. It hasthe realistic meaning to research the education quality evaluation of theNine-Grade-System compulsory Countryside Schools.In this paper, I have four parts to discuss the problems from the education qualityevaluation of the Nine-Grade-System compulsory Countryside Schools, furthermore, Iwill discuss something about the problems’ background and the reasons, and I will findout the solutions to them.The first part is the leading. I do a survey about the countrysidecompulsory-education’s quality. According to the example schools, I find out theproblems that we need to research: we should make the real meaning of education,reflect the education evaluation systems, look for the strategies of the inner evaluationsystems and build the outer evaluation systems. In this way, we can improve theeducation quality. In this paper, I make sure the meaning about the conceptions of theNine-Grade-System compulsory Countryside Schools and their education evaluationsystems, and I analyze the current conditions of the national and foreign evaluationsystems. After that, I find out the research’s destinations, meaning, thoughts andmethods.The second part is to research the current education conditions of theNine-Grade-System compulsory Countryside Schools. I do a survey and conclude theinner and outer evaluation systems, I get the most important things: the government hasthe requirement called “Legal Rules”, it requires the schools’ improvement must followthe government’s future plans; the society has the requirement called “Need Rule”, itrequires the schools must educate the students who can be suitable to the requirementfrom the markets and the society; the students appreciate that they will get the happinessfrom the “quality”; the school managers appreciate the get the coordination between theinner and outer contradictions. The outer evaluation systems show the requirementsfrom the country and the society. We should study every thing in detail and deal with all the problems actively, then we can build the inner evaluation systems.In the third part, I discuss about how to establish the strategies of theNine-Grade-System compulsory Countryside Schools’ evaluation systems. No.1, wemust use the various outer evaluation systems, focus on the evaluation systems in ourdistrict, learn something from the Green Evaluation and keep on the secular evaluation.No.2, we must build up the various inner evaluation systems. We must establish thecomprehensive inner manage systems and the meticulous inner evaluation system. Inthese ways, we can improve the better rules and get the powerful spurs to improve theeducation quality. And in the future, we can get a lot of strategies in improving theschools’ advanced classes and training the excellent professional teachers. Finally, wecan make the education better.The fourth part is the conclusions. I think the Nine-Grade-System compulsoryCountryside Schools can learn the various outer evaluation systems actively,andestablish the different inner evaluation systems to make the different evaluators satisfied.The schools must adjust the inner evaluation systems in time and deal with the outerevaluation systems in time, in this way, we are sure to improve the education quality.In this paper, I base on our Qingbaijing Chengxiang School and do a lot ofsurvey in the schools in our neighborhood, finally I get the researching results.And Ikeep on practicing and correcting, I want to provide the experience and the goodstudying results. Of course, I want to find out more questions clearly because I alsowant to provide the researching evidences theoretically and practically.
