| In this paper, one middle school students in Chengdu as an example,according to the problem of students and teachers between the tension and confrontationbetween the strategy study, in order to build a harmonious relationship between teachers andstudents to promote the normal development of students, try for the ordinary high school,family and society may provide reference for the way, to better promote more teenagershealthy growth.This paper mainly through the method of literature review on the characteristics of theharmonious relationship between teachers and students and the influencing factors of therelationship between teachers and students, followed by the harmonious relationship betweenteachers and students to establish the principles and methods of carried out extensiveliterature research.
