The relationship between teachers and students is a teacher and students in a relationship formed in the interaction with each other. Therefore, the relationship between teachers and students in the teaching activities of the education plays a vital role. At the same time, along with the further curriculum reform and the promotion, make each teacher also experienced the baptism of the new curriculum reform. Because people are aware of the relationship between teachers and students is good or bad, for the improvement of teaching quality and teaching reform has inevitable connection. So, the language teacher how to cope with the new curriculum, how to reform Chinese classroom teaching, to create a more harmonious relationship between teachers and students? ——the relationship between teachers and students is the most important relationship in the language classroom teaching. This paper discusses from the following five parts:The introduction part is to make a overview of the selected topic background and significance, first proposed the selected topic background and significance, and determine the research question, the second this paper involved the core concept is defined, again is the current status of research on the relationship between teachers and students at home and abroad and the analysis, the fourth, discusses the interaction theory and harmony theory part expounds the main ideas of communication theory in, further analyzes the related theory of the relationship between teachers and students, and finally this paper adopted the research methods.The first part, first of all, is combined with the feature of the individual character characteristic of junior middle school students and their learning to students on the stage of communication.
