The Research On The Relationship Between Teachers And Students In Higher Vocational Colleges, The Teachers' Evaluation Given By Students And Their Relationship

The higher vocational colleges take the responsibilities on not only cultivating talents for the development of economy and society but also accumulating achievement of product technology. So our country pay great emphsis on college education. And there are great differences between higher vocational colleges and other academies and universities.The relationship between teachers and students points to a kind of special relation because of their different positions, tasks and regulation behaviors formed in contacts and links .The relationship between teachers and students is the most basic, important, active relation system. The characteristics and the style make influence on every part of education activity.Teachers'evaluations given by students is the main means of obtaining the teaching information during classes and improving teachers to promote their teaching level. It will also be the main proof to evaluate teachers'achievement. Students always evaluate teachers based on the degree of the relationship between them. So weather their relationship imitate or not will influence the score which the students will give to their teachers. Recently , the viewpoint mentioned above has arisen argument.In addition, the researchment on the relationship between teachers and students and teachers'evaluations given by students most point to universities, but little on colleges. And the researches before always pointed to only one aspect, but no combines research. So this research made on high vocational colleges'relationship between teachers and students and teachers'evaluations given by students and try to discuss the relation between them.The research choose 915 students from three colleges in Jinan. Use andto find out the whole condition of colleges'relationship between teachers and students and teachers'evaluations given by students, the differences between different genders, professionals, grades and relationship between positive or negative relationships between teachers and students and students'evaluation factors. After obtaining the data at first hand ,correlation analysis ,use t-test though Spss to put the data in order and analyze the data for getting the conclusions as the following:1) the whole condition of the relationship between teachers and students in colleges is not optimistic, the relation is nervous and aloof. And there is differences between different genders, professionals and grades.2) The scores of teachers'evaluations given by students are better on teaching enthusiasm and organization, then on the learning value, the lowest on the quantity of tasks and difficulty.3) The scores of students'evaluation show differences between different genders, professionals and grades in some degree.4) The students'positive or negative relationships has obvious differences with relationship between teachers and students, evaluation/task/reading material.
