In schools, moral education is mainlyborne by the class teacher. With the further deepening of teacher professionalization,state and local government departments issued the relevant laws and regulations, thushighlighting the significant value of teacher education work. On the other hand, isstill evaluate student achievement, teacher, school, or even the only importantyardstick. Therefore,factors affecting student academic achievement and has been animportant topic of educational research, the class teacher as organizer and leader, aswell as student achievement must inevitably be subject preferences impact.This study is a case study the association between teacher and studentdisciplinary backgrounds to explore a single subject results in Wuxi City, JiangsuProvince, a first-year junior high school classes for the five samples using SPSSstatistical analysis and social survey (questionnaire and interview) phasecombination of research methods, thus forming multiple data sources triangulation.Through statistical analysis of the data obtained with the social survey launchedmulti-perspective on this study the following conclusions:1,class disciplines havean impact on student achievement in the subjects. Statistical analysis of thecorrelation between0.078,non-signiifcant correlation.2,the teacher disciplines andacademic performance of students in the department have some relevance. Socialsurvey results show that the learning process is complicated because the system a multi-level, multi-element composition, the system restricts the teacher ’sdisciplinary background of the subjects on students performance, Based on theseconclusions,the author made the following recommendations:1, set the teacherfull-time jobs;2,middle school teacher of the access system established;3,topromote teacher professional development.
