| With the deeping reform of the basic education, the biology teaching injunior middle school is facing with opportunities and challenges. Aiming at aseries of problems existing in current biology teaching,the new curriculumstandards have put forward more speciifc requirements in training target, teachingmethod and learning style. This paper which is mainly based on the ’guidance’theory created by the domestic and foreign famous educators, is trying to practice’target guidance-classroom Learning-Standard Test’ mode in biology classteaching in junior middle school so as to facilitate the implementation ofclassroom teaching activities guidance. With a scientific and rational targetsystem, this mode gives tfill play to the leading role of teachers to creatinteraction between teachers and students. This process will help to cultivatestudents’ self-regulated learning and inquiry abilities, promote their all-roundedpersonality development and ensure the optimization of the classroom teaching.Combining the theoretical research with the teaching practice, the authorpresents basic contents and operation cautions of the Target of guidance’ modeand illustrates this mode with specific cases. This thesis takes Class2Grade8ofTaihu Gezhi Middle School in Wuxi city as the experimental class, while Class1as the contrasted class. By measuirng and analyzing th’e students learningoutcomes of the two classes in one year, the author have found that the studentsin experimental class learning with the Target of guidance’ perform signiifcantlybetter than those in the contrasted class in academic record,learning interest,learning habits and learning ability. The scientific abilities and operationalabilities of the students in the experimental class have also been foundedsignificantly higher than the contrasted class through the comparative researchand analysis on the explore and experiment ability of students. In the contrast ofbiological scientific literacy, the former also shows better results in the moraldevelopment, truth-seeking and pragmatic aspects. According to comprehensiveanalysis,’classroom teaching mode of target of guidance’ is helpful for teachers to stimulate st’udents interest in learning and to crcatc a relaxed and harmoniouslearning environment. Besides that, it also plays a role in the establishment ofdemocratic, equal and interactive relationship between teachers and students,which helps to build an efficient class with lower burden and higher quality.Teachers encourage students to ask questions, arid cultivate their imagination anddivergent thinking. Teachers encourage students to question and imagine boldlyso as to cultivate their imagination and divergent thinking. During theirself-exploration process, more attention has been paid to train learning habits,attitudes and abilities, as well as the cultivation of the scientific literacy.Therefore, students can enjoy the learning process and meanwhile have a goodacquisition of knowledge and ability at the same time. |
