Teaching model is an important way to improve students’interest in learning, to ensure the efficiency and quality oflearning. Secondary students in the class of high artgeographic basis the author worked in vocational schools isweak, confidence is not high, weak interest to complete thecourse in general high school just eight months to take the examsuccessfully to change the existing classroom teaching becomea top priority.TARGET model is a relevant classroom motivational model,which attract a variety of theories, from six aspectselaborated the role of interest in learning to improveclassroom structure and efficiency. The author from his ownteaching practice, combined with today’s social background,education policy background, right, TARGET mode theory, thebasic structure was discussed, and comparative analysis of thedifferences between the traditional teaching model. Actionresearch method, combining teaching cases, educationalnarrative, namely the implementation of task design,distribution rights, affirmative way, group arrangements,assessment activities, time allocation were six basicelements of design, and to case notes. Practice has proved that the application TARGET mode doesplay a role to stimulate students’ interest in learning,improve self-confidence, learning efficiency and learningoutcomes have improved significantly, a change in the secondaryvocational high school art students in active mode.Application does play a role to stimulate student motivation,improve classroom learning outcomes. The research results ofsimilar classes or community college entrance examinationentrance counseling remedial classes other vocational schoolswill also have some reference value.
