Since the promulgation and implementation of the〈National long-term educationreform and development plan (2010-2020)>,the educationist type pirncipals havebecome the Education’s turnaround with appeals of the time. To support thistransformation, training and producing educationist type pirncipals is crucial. Itdeserves the attention of the party and our country, also needs the attention of thevairous circles of the society.In this paper, the research contents are the growth of Educationist TypePirncipals. Using method of questionnaire and Interview survey, the professionalgrowth of pirncipals is Collected and analyzed. Problems for Educationist TypePirncipals’ growth are found, and some countermeasures are put forward forpromoting Educationist Type Pir’ncipals growth in a positive and effective way. Atlast, the exploration in the law on Educationist Type Pri’ncipals growth is done. Thecontent of this paper consists of the following six major sections:Part one is the introduction, mainly including problems put forward, researchpurposes and meanings, research contents, research thoughts and methods, and thecore concept.The second section is the relevant research review. It consists of policies ofeducationists governance schools, researches on educationist Type Principals’qualities and characteirstics, study on professionalization of primary and middleschool pirncipals, and researches on the institution of Educationists governanceschools.The third section is the survey on pirncipal’s Professional growth. Doquestionnaire and Interview surveys, get the deep understanding on the state of’pirmary and middle school pirncipals growth, and lay solid foundations for findingout the problems of Educationist Type Pirncipals’ growth.The fourth section talks about the problems f’acing Educationist Type Pirncipalsgrowth. Based on the surveys and researches in the third part, the mainly problems areconcluded: First, the standard of educationist Type Pirncipals is uneven; Second,independent operation of schools is insufficient; Third, the assessment system ofpirncipals is unreasonable; Forth, the problems of the training for Educationist TypePirncipals; Fifth,Pir,ncipalslack the motivations to be Educationists.The iffth section, countermeasures of educationist type pirncipals presentsituation is analyzed, including: develop educationist’s Ladder systems, and powerpirncipals’ growth; build modern school institutions, and guarantee Pir’ncipalsindependent operation; build the pirncipals assessment system, and emancipate school ’runners constraint; strengthen the training for educationist type pirncipals, andpromote principals’ professional development; cultivate the spirit to be a educationist,and improve the pirncipals’ inner quality.The sixth section, educationist type principal’s growth rules is explored.
