At present, the ideological and moral teaching is the main land to moral educationof junior high school, so is the main content of implementing quality-orientededucation. Especially after the full implementation of the new standards of curriculum,there is an urgent need to change the existing teaching model in order to realize theall-round development of all students. In this context, in the name of the " lecture draft"a varieties of research have been developed and have achieved certain effects. On thebasis of this,the study will try to establish a teaching model in order to take students asthe fundamental, in this process which is full of interaction between teachers andstudents, paying more attention to the style of learning.From theory of cognitivedevelopment, humanistic learning theory and the theory of the zone of proximaldevelopment, it will construct the teaching model which is more optimized,systematicand scientific on the background of existing " lecture draft".Tt explores case of application in the " lecture draft" teaching mode of ideologicaland moral course of junior middle school and describes the implementation the processof the model. And in the literature research, questionnaire investigation, experiencesummary and research method of combining teaching practices,from the perspective ofteachers and students,it considers the usage of lecture draft and analyses thequestionnaire survey. Practice shows that " lecture draft" model contributes to improvethe students’ ability to learn by themselves, arouse the enthusiasm of student’s learning,initiative and participation, and enhance the comprehensive qualities of teachers. Butthere are also some problems. To this end, the author attempted to how to improve theapplication for teaching mode in ideological and moral cultivation course of juniormiddle school.1、to improve the quality of lecture draft prepared: to carry out thesystem of lecture draft prepared, and continuously explore the flexible and optimize form of lecture manuscript written, and the default for optimization of lecture draft tohighlight teachers’ personality.2、to enhance the comprehensive quality of teachers: toestablish the idea of the new curriculum philosophy of education, have a reasonablestructure of knowledge, and have the educational wisdom.3、to mobilize students’autonomous learning: pay attention to the independent thinking of students, tostimulate students’ interest in learning and enhance ability of learning in order todevelop learning potential.4、to enrich the form of classroom teaching.The research for changing traditional teaching of ideological and moral course ofjunior middle school,changes the approach to learning about students’ ideological andmoral, and promotes the new curriculum as a beneficial attempt.
