Since the21st century, our country quality education as the core of thereform of education system, in a methodical, ordinary high school musiceducation is an important part of quality education. Since2009, ZaLanTunShihigh school has entered the phase of the new curriculum implementation, afterseveral years of teaching practice, the music education in the construction ofteachers team construction and hardware has begun to take shape, but thereare still many deficiencies. In zhalantun the implementation of newcurriculum reform, what achievements we have made? Get what experience?The concept of new curriculum reform is deeply rooted in the hearts of thepeople? These are all worthy of our thought.This by extracting zhalantun high school of1000students and eightmusic teachers as investigation object, the establishment "the ZaLanTunShihigh school music education present situation investigation and study,questionnaire (teachers)" and "the ZaLanTunShi high school music educationpresent situation investigation and study, questionnaire (student)" as aresearch tool, to take back to finish the questionnaire data, combined with myactual visiting survey analysis, summarized the zhalantun high school musiceducation problems and its reasons. Problems mainly include: normal courses, teachers’ working strength isvery small, teachers’ learning desire is very strong, the impact is not big toteacher’s new curriculum reform, the writing of teaching materials, studentsare looking for teachers, the teaching of science and technology level needs tobe improved, students want to participate in extracurricular music activities,improvement of students’ whole music quality. In understand the newcurriculum standard, on the basis of the actual situation in zhalantun a forstudents, teachers, school leaders and departments of education put forwardthe following Suggestions: treat correctly the difference between withclassmates; Planning their own learning process; Good at communication,diligent about practice; To improve teacher’s professional accomplishment;Focus on high school students of music psychology development; Stimulatestudents’ intrinsic motivation. Efforts to improve the classroom teachingquality. To perfect the teaching evaluation system; Carefully organizeextracurricular music activities; According to the teaching material content,improve teachers’ professional quality accordingly; In music teacher pay,meet their learning desire; Strengthen the multimedia technology of musicteachers training.Hope that through this investigation and study, can zhalantun highschool and zhalantun area of ordinary high school music educationdevelopment as a strength. This research mainly adopts questionnaire,interview method, literature and other scientific research methods.
