Investigation On The Maturity Of Occupation For The Primary School Teachers In Shi Jiazhuang City

The Paper aims at doing research on the elementary school teachers’ professionaldevelopment level of maturity in Shijiazhuang urban. By the study literature retrieval ofdomestic and foreign scholars about professional maturity and teacher professionalmaturity, I make a summary for the current status of elementary school teachers’professional maturity in Shijiazhuang urban, basing on which, I also make an analysisfor its influencing factors and give some constructive suggestions.Questionnaire survey is basically used in the research for six primary schoolteachers from six districts such as XinHua district, Yuhua district, Qiaodong district,Qiaoxi district, Changan district, High-tech development zone in Shijiazhuang as theresearch object. The Data mainly adopts median and statistical methods, conclusion gotbelow,1. The total professional degree levels of the teachers in ShiJiazhuang are higher.2. Gender makes a big difference for the maturity of the professional teachers, suchas for the relationship among teachers, the men teachers’ maturity levels are lower thanthe women’s, but for the administrative relationship and Public relations, the case isopposite, However, there is no big difference about dealing with the relationship amongteachers and students, about the relations between profession and the teachersthemselves.3. The teachers’ age have a difference for it. The result shows that the maturitylevels change with the age of teachers, and the years of their working.4. The Record of formal schooling has a big influence. For all things considered,undergraduate students are higher than Technical secondary school.5. Grades that the teachers teach have no influence for it.6. The teacher in charge is more familiar with their jobs and has higher maturitylevel.7. The subjects the teachers teach have little influence, but math and Chineseteachers are higher.8. The marriage has an influence, the teachers don’t marry have lower maturity level than the married teachers.Basing on the analysis of the results of the survey, the writer making an exploreimproving the teacher occupation maturity level. With reference to education authorities,teachers, parents and future research.
