The Social maturity of Primary and Middle school teachers is about the degree of social development of teachers in primary and secondary schools.The present researches have more research on teachers'Vocational maturity and Professional development,and pay attention to teachers' maturity from a professional perspective and a professional perspective,lacking of the consideration of teachers as "social people".Teacher,first of all,is the social talented and professional people.Considering the classification of social as well as social quality of teachers' professional standards,and considering the teacher as a"social person","organization man" and "specific profession person"triple identity,teachers' social maturity can be divided into teachers'social psychological maturity,maturity teachers maturity in social life,social skills,teachers' ideological maturity four dimensions.Elementary school teacher social maturity model.Based on the theoretical model,the questionnaire on social maturity of primary and secondary school teachers was compiled.After the initial measurement,the data was analyzed by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,and the questionnaire was revised to form the formal questionnaire of the questionnaire on Social maturity of Primary and Secondary school teachers.As a measuring tool,450 primary and middle school teachers in yanji city were selected as the respondents,and the formal questionnaires were issued.To deal with the survey data analysis,primary and secondary school teachers' social maturity development curve,according to the data structure,teachers' social maturity level divided into five stages.Through the interview,we can find out the causes,finding out the deficiency of the social maturity of the teachers in primary and secondary schools,and then putting forward the specific Suggestions for the social maturity of teachers in primary and secondary schools.Through sorting out the results of the study,this study finally concluded 5 conclusions:(1)The Social maturity of Primary and Secondary school teachers is composed of teachers' social psychological maturity,Teachers' Living maturity,Teachers' Skillful maturity,Teachers' Mental maturity.The structure model fitted well.The questionnaire on social maturity of primary and secondary school teachers has good reliability and validity,which can be used as a measuring tool to investigate the status of social maturity of teachers in primary and secondary schools.(2)The overall development level of social maturity of primary and secondary school teachers is better,and the socialization stage of teachers can be divided into five stages.Specifically,adaptation period,promotion period,rapid development period,burnout period and sublimation period.(3)The Social maturity was high at 1.23 percent.The better one is 60.59 percent.The average is 36.45 percent.The difference is 1.72 percent..According to the average level of teachers' social maturity,they can be divided into mature,stable,heavy,developmental and adaptive.(4)In the four dimensions of Primary and Secondary school teachers'social maturity,Teachers' Social Psychological maturity changes the most,and teachers' Social Living maturity level is the lowest.Teachers' Social Psychological maturity has a significant impact on teacher burnout period.(5)Teachers' social emotions,teachers' leisure life,teachers'self-management ability and teacher's social view are the important factors that restrict Teachers' Social maturity.Based on the above conclusions,five Suggestions are put forward.(1)The training and adjustment courses of teachers' social emotions should be added to the training of universities,primary and secondary schools,schools and further education institutions.(2)The training of universities,primary and secondary schools and refresher units will increase teachers' self-management skills.(3)Pay attention to the level of psychological maturity of teachers in the fourth stage,help teachers to get through the burnout period quickly,and advance the sublimation period.(4)Teachers should pay attention to leisure life and relieve pressure from their leisure life.(5)Encourage teachers to pay attention to the society,understand the society and enhance social responsibility.
