Teacher occupation pressure problem has aroused common attention in recent years. Method such as investigation , statistic analysis capital is studied adopt the interview , the questionnaire , the occupation pressure situation taking 279 Pan Jin City secondary vocational schools teacher as the teacher studying a marriage partner , analysing secondary vocational schools and their characteristic. From the student, the factor , oneself develop need , school survival pressure , examination pressure , oneself survival pressure , work load the analysis being in progress in six aspects: Teacher sex , age characteristic difference are not notable on student pressure factor; Notable sex , age differences do not exist on self-development need , examination pressure , oneself survival pressure , school survival pressure; Nature going ahead in work load.Impact of the background studying priority originally discussing teacher individual over every occupation pressure aspect, result indicates teacher individual background and not obvious difference of teacher occupation pressure population , some pressure aspect difference is notable , teacher individual background includes mainly but in occupation: Apartment , age , if the class adviser, is maximal educational background , office holder , sex; Bring forward a rationalization proposal finally according to the result studying.
