Reasearch On The Relationship Between Social Support And Job Burnout Of Primary School Teachers

Since the reform and opening up, the transformation of our social system, leading to the population from rural areas to the big flow city, each city is the emergence of a large number of "migrant workers", coupled with the rapid development of the economy, the people affected by the city after city unrest comes, environment has changed, life and life concept also changed, family, marriage, there were a lot of problems, with the social environment of the temptations and influence, family structure disintegrate into the way to solve the problem. This creates a lot of "migrant children in divorced families", the children will be a lot of problems, the most direct and obvious performance is behind in school. My school because of geographical environment and city change, there are many such students. This paper is from the migrant children of divorced family learning achievement of research for education, intervention strategies and methods of their. More and more studies on migrant and divorced family only in China, few studies together, in this paper, by way of case study, personally involved in the education intervention, provides some meaningful reference for these children’s education and growth.The study of migrant workers in the school of divorced families selected two students as research subjects, using the case method, for they investigated factors behind the achievement and improve their performance through education intervention study, the conclusion of the study are as follows:Migrant children of divorced family learning through educational interventions can improve.In the primary school stage, migrant children of divorced.
