With the further development of China’s market economy,the rural surplus laborsmigrate to cities in a large scale,,and hence the number of a new group-children of migrant workers keeps increasing.Compared with school education,family education for the children fails to get enough social attention.A complete education system should include family,school and social education,the interaction of the three the role of complementary.The family,as a personal growth base,plays a fundamental role in education..Therefore,whether the children of migrant workers,as the successors and future contributors of our country,can receive good family education makes a big difference on the overall quality of this group and the future social stability and harmony.Based on the ecological theory,advantage theory,psychological dynamics and the theory of learning,In the general process of social work practice case intervention,found in the family education of children of migrant workers problems,analyzes the causes of the problems,seek solutions,The paper consists of four chapters:The first chapter: mainly elaborates the purpose and significance of this research,the method of case work and innovation in the research;meanwhile,it makes a brief review on relevant research at home and abroad,on which a research framework is proposed.The second chapter firstly clarifies three concepts: family education,children of migrant workers,and social work,then analyze the ecological system theory,advantage theory,psychological dynamics and learning theory to support the whole case study.The third chapter introduces the background of the practice survey,including the information of the client,a detailed description of the case and the plight that the client faces in family education.The fourth chapter describes the intervention services of eight times in two months under the guidance of social work theory by means of social work practice skills,firstly,keeping touch with the client in a professional way,making in-depth observation and interview the client,focusing on the issues like autism,absence in class and Internet addiction,only to find that the crux of the problem lies in unharmonious family environment,improper education concept and method of migrant workers.We tried to change the situation of little family interaction in the client’s family,enhance their family function and helped the client Li obtain comprehensive family support.As for specific intervention strategies,at the macro level,the family,school and community of the client were linked with other effective resources to support the client;at the micro level,intervention activities like the cognitive therapy,Satir model and emotional guidance method were used to help the client find a way to solve the dilemma and help oneself.The fifth chapter summarizes the practical experience and makes evaluation,and also carries on the professional thinking.The implementation of the case at macro and micro level will arouse social attention and help people gain insight into the family education for children of migrant workers and hence help them solve more life difficulties and create a harmonious healthy family for the children.
