With the further implementation of the policy of reform and opening to the outside world,the economic,social and cultural development of rural and pastoral areas has been developing rapidly.While ushering in an unprecedented new situation,new social problems have also come into being.As a result of the implementation of the contract system,the contradiction between the labor demand and the market economy stimulated by the self-employed,the division of labor accelerated and new industry agglomeration increased,which led to further expansion of the labor market demand.At the same time,the trend of urbanization sweeps across the rural areas and pastoral areas,and the urban culture influences and permeates the daily life of the rural and pastoral areas.Under this influence,farmers and herdsmen left the rural industry and chose migrant workers.However,restricted by the cultural level and knowledge and skills,the peasants and herdsmen from the rural areas and pastoral areas can only engage in some simple manual labor.For the peasants and herdsmen entering the city,the way of bridge head work is the easiest way for them to base themselves on the city.There are several non-standard labor markets in Hohhot,that is,the main place for farmers and herdsmen to find jobs.The bridge work mentioned in the paper(Station Bridge Engineering)refers to a physical,doing jobs of farmers and herdsmen.They often stand on the street waiting for employers to hire.People in town have labour needs and hire people to work in the street labor market.Most of the people who come here to find workers are because they do not go through intermediaries and seek cheap prices.The street in the labor market,in addition to a small number of people is a carpenter,bricklayer,mostly without competent City Labor demand.Especially the Mongolian peasant workers who came from the farmers and herdsmen,because of the relatively late city,they still failed to master the technology based on urban labor,mainly engaged in heavy manual labor such as loading and unloading.Most of the Mongolian workers are poor in Chinese,lack of language training,and find language barriers to job hunting and competition,compared with Han workers,and it is hard to find a job.Street labor is dominated by men and women are also in the minority.There are no specific jurisdictions for them,such as village committees,city councils or migrant communities,so they are "free" in the cities".They focus on such informal labour markets,waiting for employers to emerge,and their daily jobs are fraught with uncertainty and even lack of protection.Due to the formation of these labor market is the folk spontaneous,lack of standard operating procedures,a lot of labor relations and the lack of security supervision duties related departments,multiple difficulties encountered during the adaptation of Mongolian labor in the city,all affect their survival.The Mongolian herdsmen in Saihan District of Hohhot City Xue Jia Ying labor market a total of nine migrant workers were investigated.The use of relevant theories and case interviews,social work methods and skills of on-the-spot investigation,the author describes the alien living in Mongolian migrant workers living situation in Saihan District of Hohhot City Xue Ying Cun into the city,and the cultural adaptation,difficult employment,marginalized the development of many problems of survival.And explore in detail the causes of the problem and its family and even the whole society harmonious and stable influence.And explored ways and means to solve or alleviate the Mongolian labor problem.
