Analysis On Employment Status Of Major Undergraduate Students In Jilin Provincial Normal University

In annual national college graduates, the number of those from Normal colleges accounts for about one-tenth, so the status of normal grads'employment, whether it is good or not, influences the national college graduates occupational situation.Career-selection for normal college students usually orients to various national educational position. The quality of the grads and where they are employed also has an important effect on the integral level of foundational education sector in our country.Recently, the obvious phenomenon that the grads are oversupplied lead to a low rate of employment, job's unsuitability to their training, the lack of confidence, etc., all of which still go worse. Under the condition, the Party Central Committee and State Council place a premium on the problemsThe paper is to analyze the employment data which are respectively made of 2006-2009 Session graduates in Tonghua Normal Colleges and 2009 Session normal college grads in Jilin Province, investigate the employment direction of 2010 Session grads in Tonghua Normal University, and study five factors, lying in society, employing department, high school, family and the grads themselves which will impact the employment, with every employment promotion policy which issues successively and the current employment status in normal colleges and universities.It puts forward that in order to solve the employing problem, government's ability for microscopically regulation and control must be strengthen and the teachers must open up new avenues of employment for the grads, motivate the flow of personnel, improve teaching methods, curriculum provision and personnel training mode, standardize education understudy system, upgrade the ability of normal college student to obtain the job, optimize the employment orientation system and improve the working ability.
