Along with the establishment and implementation of nine-yearcompulsory education system and the development of social economy, thestate and government in policy and education fund for junior high schoolstudents a lot of support, and constantly improve people’s living standard, allcreated good conditions for the junior middle school students go to school,still, dropout phenomenon still exists, and in today’s society, the causes ofdropping out of school is no longer with economic factors is given priority to,but from various aspects is more complex, outcome of combined action ofvarious factors. Therefore, it is necessary for the investigation of juniormiddle school students drop out of school, through probing into the cause ofthe dropout phenomenon in today’s society, adopt correspondingcountermeasures, reduce the rate of dropout phenomenon occurs, not onlymake school-age students get a better development, but also is beneficial tothe construction of a harmonious society.In this paper, using the method of field investigation combined withliterature research method, standing in the perspective of social work, basedon the investigation and study of hills ulla L middle school, found the causeof today’s society town junior high school students drop out is various, from both the subjective reasons of students themselves, from family, school,society, the objective reasons, the subjective and objective cause varyingdegrees of influence on junior middle school students and left them on thepath of dropping out gradually.Based on the analysis of cause town middle school, on the basis ofvarious aspects reason, this paper expounds the junior middle school studentsdrop out of school for themselves, family, society and the influence of theschool, think it is very urgent and necessary to improve the junior middleschool students drop out phenomenon. Thus, in this paper, in order to have inhills ulla L two middle school students have to drop out of school for thedirector, respectively, use the psychological and social treatment in case workmode and behavior modification, the method of step in the two dropout, andmakes one of dropouts return to campus, continues to complete their studies,while failing to help another director to return to campus, but also improvedits current situation, different levels of the desired goal.Finally, in order to better control the phenomenon of junior middleschool students drop out of school, from the perspective of professional socialwork, put forward the Suggestions to prevent middle school, first of all, thestudents themselves, has a tendency to drop out of school of junior middleschool students for psychological counseling and learning guidance, alleviatethe pressure of body and mind in its growth; Second, are involved in thefamily of students, promote and improve the communication between the parents and students, better understand each other’s ideas and needs; Again, inschools, improve school education teaching mode, strengthen the utilizationrate of the school hardware facilities; Finally, involvement in social, purifythe social environment, increase for the integration of social resources andutilization degree, and for junior high school students to provide a positivegrowth environment, and so on, hope that through the implementation ofthese Suggestions can reduce the rate of dropout phenomenon occurs.
