Globalization in education has brought the cultivation of international talents to aplace of importance. Topics such as what to know about international education, how todeliver international curricula in secondary schools and how to foster students withglobal perspective have been great concerns of students and their parents. The author ofthis paper compares different international programs in three high schools in terms oftheir management and operation and tries to analyze their advantages and disadvantages,aiming at providing possible references for newly-launched international programs inother high schools.The paper consists of six parts. Part One introduces the background, purpose andexpected value of the paper as well as related literature resources. Part Two reviewsthe origin and status quo of international education in high schools. Part Three analyzesin detail a Sino-Canada double degree program in a high school in Qing Dao in itseducation philosophy, curriculum design, teaching staff, management and operation, etc.Part Four provides specific information on an A-level Program in a high school inShanghai. Part Five illustrates an Advanced Program in a high school in Chongqing andthe last part of paper gives a conclusion of the research.
