Research On The Optimization Path For The Training Of International Business Professionals In Secondary Vocational Education

The training of talents in vocational education is an important part in the process of educational reform.It has gradually become the leading direction of the development of secondary vocational education to improve teaching quality and improve the training mode of talents.However,in view of the current situation,the secondary vocational schools to grasp the "employment rate",resulting in the "dislocation" of talent training,the lack of comprehensive quality of secondary vocational students to train and think,not to direct skills education and the comprehensive development of students combined.At the same time,with the continuous adjustment of economic structure,employing units of the comprehensive strength of students to study the requirements are also more and more high.The single "Pipe-lining" type of talent training has not been able to adapt to the requirements of current educational development,so it is of great significance to speed up the research on improving the system of talent training in secondary vocational schools.Secondary vocational schools in the national talent training and construction has irreplaceable role in the development in recent years,each school has its own unique talent training model,and achieved outstanding achievements.Because of its unique geographical resource advantages,Dalian,as a "window" in the northeast,has frequent foreign trade cooperation,so it needs a large number of international business talents as its support.Many secondary vocational schools in Dalian have also set up the specialty,which highlights the characteristics of the training of international business-oriented talents.Therefore,it is very important to make the training of international business professionals more reasonable,improve the quality and satisfaction of running school,and change the mode of talent training.This paper explores the present situation of talents training in 5 international business majors in Dalian area,and focuses on one of the schools--Dalian Business School as an example,puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,and enriches the talents training mode of international business specialty in the vocational school of Dalian area.Through investigation and research,we can get the following: firstly,the training of international business talents in the secondary vocational schools in Dalian should be based on the actual situation of local economic development and talent demand,and combine the advantages and characteristics of the school to formulate a talent training model which accords with the law of school development;second,International Business Major is a professional and strong skills,including language,Dalian 5 secondary vocational schools should be closely combined with regional advantages,vigorously cultivate students ’ language application ability,such as English,Japanese,Korean and so on.Third,in the exploration of the advance,so that talent training gradually tends to system,perfect.In the practice teaching and the theory,unceasingly breaks through the innovation.Finally,we should improve the teaching practice process and pay attention to the cultivation and introduction of school teachers.
