Give equal consideration to education fairness and education quality is a majortrend of the world education reform.British public schools, as an important part ofBritish private schools, occupy an important position in the field of secondaryeducation in Britain and have been regarded as the cradle of elite education,oncefoster a lot of clergies and Christian gentlemen.for the British high society. Duringthe middle of the twentieth century, along with the new technological revolution andaccompanied social reform, from1964to1979, school carries out a major reform in15years, known as the "public school revolution".In this paper, through the analysis of "public school revolution" period, the corestep of public school personnel training, curriculum reform background, reformmeasures and the positive and negative effects, sums up why it can resolve the crisisin public school inside and outside, make the public schools keep up with the times,cultivating elite talent to meet the needs of modern society continuously. At the sametime, according to China’s national conditions, provide reference for training modelupdating in China key middle school and the implementation of the new curriculumreform.This thesis consists of four parts: the introduction part introduces the origin ofthe study, theoretical significance and the practical significance, the research status athome and abroad at present and define the related concepts. The second part analyzesthe historical background of public school revolution, new requirements of Britishsociety, the public policy trends on private education and hysteresis quality in publicschools, aims to explain the necessity of college curriculum reform. The third partfocuses on the relevant measures of the curriculum reform, discussed theimplementation of the curriculum reform and system security from three aspects ofthe dominant, conditions, characteristics. The fourth part according to the class natureof the public, and compare the condition before and after the reform of the councilschool and public school, thinking positive and negative experience in the curriculumreform, aiming to provide reference for the carrying-on new curriculum reform andeducation fairness. reform of our country.
