Early childhood education as an important part of basic education,bearing the weight of 3-6 years old children's learning,development and healthy growth.Young children form many important ability,personality traits in this period,and it will affect all their lives.However,to complete this important task is dependent on the high level and the high quality of early childhood teachers.“Kindergarten Teachers' Professional Standard(Trial)”(hereinafter referred to as “Professional Standard ”)leads the basic principles of early childhood teachers' professional development,and it is the principal factor of influencing early childhood teachers' behavior.teacher`s ability is closely related with education quality.In resent years,all related departments pay attention to“Professional Standard ” bringing the positive role for children.Because of “the Preschool Teachers' Career Preparation Standards”in the United States and “Professional Standard ” issue in the same time,we can reference them.So this study will make a comparison of the two standard,with the help of literature analysis and comparative research to identify the research content.This study has four chapters,the first chapter is the literature review and concept definition,mainly through the relevant literature of preschool teacher's professional standards of China and the United States,common to most scholars summarized research content and dabble in less part of the content,to straighten out the author to continue the deep research.The second chapter will comb out the characteristics of the early childhood teachers' professional standards of China and the United States,this section is mainly based on experts,scholars views on early childhood teachers' professional standards,from six aspects to summary the early childhood teachers' professional standards of China and the United States.The third chapter is mainly to comparative analysis of early childhood teachers' professional standards,from background,function,framework and contents four aspects to interpretation,summarize the early childhood teachers' professional standards during the process of issued and implemented similarities and differences.And the forth chapter,through the above research content,summed up the enlightenment between the early childhood teachers' professional standards of China and the United States.
