In the era of rapid development of intelligence,the deep integration of smart phones and daily life has made it a necessity for people,and phubbing can be seen everywhere in our daily life.the children's parental phubbing is that children' s parents only bow their heads to play with mobile phones and have no time to care about or neglect children,thus leading to the interruption of parent-child relationship,parent-child exclusion or neglect phenomenon.In the family,in order to ensure the healthy growth of children,the phubbing of children's parents should be reduced appropriately.Decreasing the phubbing of children's parents is beneficial to advance the bad child-parent relationship,promote the formation of high-quality child-parent relationship,slow down the occurrence of children's problem behavior,and profit the healthy,harmonious and all-round development of children.Therefore,it is necessary to understand the present situation and harm of parental phubbing and reduce the phubbing of children's parents to ensure the healthy growth of children.This study selected 527 parents as the survey,Through the issuance of "parental phubbing scale","child-parent relationship Scale","conners parent symptom questionnaire(PSQ)",to understand the current situation of parental phubbing and their the direct and indirect impact on children's problem behavior,SPSS26.0 analyzed the obtained data,and to analyze the current situation,influencing factors and influence on parent-child relationship and problem behavior,finally reached the targeted conclusion:1.The children's parental phubbing overall score is higher,that phubbing performance is more serious.2.There are significant differences in children's age,whether they is the only child,parental age,parental role,family structure,family monthly income and other demographic variables.3.The main influencing factors of the children's parental phubbing include self-management,mobile phone function dependencies,cognitive bias,occupational stress,emotional needs and so on.4.The children's parental phubbing directly affects children's problem behavior,and indirectly affects children's problem behavior through parent-child relationship.On the basis of understanding the present situation ofthe children's parental phubbing its influence on children's problem behavior,this study further analyzes the influencing factors of the children's parental phubbing,so as to reduce or avoid the occurrence of the children's parental phubbing,and puts forward the following educational suggestions:Recommendations for parents of young children:1.Strengthen self-management and play an exemplary role;2.Correct wrong cognition and avoid invalid company;3.Change the phubbing of the familial environment,timely to meet the emotional needs of young children;4.Integrate fragment time and increase parent-child interaction time.Recommendations for the kindergartens:1.Organize parents' meeting to make parents understand the harm of the parental phubbing;2.Use parents open day,play the role model of parents;3.Close attention to whether children have problem behavior and enhance parent-child interaction.
