A Study On The Application Of "Play&Stay"Teaching Method For Tennis Teaching In Sports Colleges And Universities

Today, in the most sport colleges and universities the Tennis teaching is alwaysadapted traditional teaching methods. With teaching reform and teaching idea renewing, itis found that, such traditional teaching methods are easy to hinder a student playingenthusiasm and mastering technique and tactics.For this reason, in Tennis teaching, theFast-Easy teaching method is a very efficient path and method for improving Tenniscourse quality.In this thesis, through literature material method, questionnaire surveymethod, experimental method and mathematical statistics method, the teachingexperiments in Tennis teaching in Jilin Sport University that utilized the Fast-Easyteaching method have been performed，the Fast-Easy teaching method has been provedthat, it be superior to traditional teaching methods. utilizing the Fast-Easy teachingmethod plays an important part mastering technical movement and improving enthusiasmof a student in learning Tennis，and obviously improve teaching efficiency and teachingquality.The following conclusions have been obtained through experimental comparisonand mathematical statistic analysis:1.The Fast-Easy teaching method deeply affected by students’ favorite and canstimulate students’ interest.2.Under the Fast-Easy teaching method a student appears more pro-active and enjoysto interact and exchange with other students in the path to obtain knowledge.3.Match can better stimulate students’ interest in learning，experiment group guidedunder the Fast-Easy teaching mode have more frequent matches and dual meets.4. Through technical assessment the students from experiment group under the theFast-Easy teaching method is superior to the students from control group.5. The Students from experiment group under the Fast-Easy teaching method forTennis have good performance in movement concept and presentation understanding，student is easier to form the correct movement pattern,and the students from experimentgroup make fewer mistakes than those of control group.6.The Fast-Easy teaching mode can effectively improve sport skill performance of astudent. 7. Through experimental analysis to the Fast-Easy teaching method and traditionalteaching method，under the Fast-Easy teaching method the performance that reach thestandard has been approved obviously.
