| Tennis is a lifelong sport,but also an elegant fashion ball games.Tennis is conducive to the physical and mental health of young people and social interaction,suitable for the development and promotion of youth sports.At present,due to the lack of venues and other factors,the number of secondary vocational schools to open tennis.In order to better carry out the promotion of tennis,tennis teaching,this research mainly adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics,expert interviews and other research methods,the Guangdong tourism school elective courses 30 tennis students divided into experimental group and control group for teaching and research.The experimental group was treated with play and stay tennis teaching method,while the control group received traditional teaching method.Through the experimental study to analyze the effect and influence of the play and stay tennis teaching method on the tennis teaching in the secondary vocational school.The main results are as follows:1.in improving the physical quality,the play and stay teaching method is more obvious than the traditional teaching method,and can improve the quality of students' speed,endurance and flexibility.However,in the development of upper limb strength and abdominal power,the effect is not obvious.2.using the play and stay teaching method can make beginners grasp the basic technology more quickly and improve the skills level of students.In the training of mastery technology can make more suitable teaching methods for beginners,effectively make up some deficiencies in the traditional teaching method.3.the play and stay teaching method can improve students' learning interest.In the classroom teaching methods can get more students' love and identity.4.the play and stay teaching method is more conducive to students to learn and master the basic knowledge of tennis,and more conducive to the development and popularization of tennis. |
