| Tennis is a beautiful and competitive net-separated antagonistic sport.With the continuous development of tennis in China,more and more people take part in it.Domestic sports colleges also take the lead in developing tennis elective courses to promote tennis.Because it is difficult to get started with tennis,the practice of swinging and other fixed movements in tennis class takes up a lot of time,and students have less time to participate in playing,which leads to the decline of students’ interest in learning.The number of students taking elective tennis courses in physical education institutions is gradually increasing,and there are often many people but few venues.In this case,how to improve students’ interest in tennis through elective courses and enable students to quickly master tennis skills puts forward higher requirements for teachers.Incorporating the quick and easy tennis teaching method into tennis elective courses can stimulate students’ interest in learning to some extent and promote students’ quick mastery of tennis skills.The main idea of "Easy Tennis" teaching method is "Easy Tennis+Enjoyment",and its core is to teach students in accordance with their aptitude,step by step and stimulate interest.In this study,the fast and easy tennis teaching method is applied to tennis elective courses in physical education institutes,which enriches the original conventional teaching content,enables students to study in a relatively relaxed and happy situation,increases their interest in learning tennis,and thus helps students quickly master tennis skills.This study mainly adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,expert interview,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics.According to the characteristics of tennis and the present situation of tennis elective courses,this study explores the influence of fast and easy tennis teaching method on students’ tennis skills learning and interest degree by integrating it into the tennis elective courses in sports institutes,with a view to providing some reference for tennis elective courses teaching in sports institutes.In this study,two classes of tennis elective course of Grade 2020 leisure sports major in Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education were selected as the experimental subjects,and one class was set as the experimental class and the other as the control class,with 16 students in each class.The fast and easy tennis teaching method and the conventional tennis teaching method are respectively used for tennis teaching.In order to ensure that the teaching experiment can be carried out smoothly,the relevant indexes of the two classes of students are tested before the experiment;After the end of the experiment,the relevant indicators of the two classes of students were tested again,and the results obtained from the test were processed and compared,and the following conclusions were drawn:（1）Conventional tennis teaching method and quick tennis teaching method have basically the same effect on improving the physical quality of tennis elective students.（2）Both the conventional tennis teaching method and the quick tennis teaching method have certain effects on improving the accuracy of technical movements of tennis elective students.（3）Fast-easy tennis teaching method can improve the tennis skills of tennis elective students,which is mainly manifested in forehand in-situ hitting,backhand in-situ hitting,overhand serving and small court pulling.（4）The fast and easy tennis teaching method can improve the tennis interest and satisfaction of tennis elective students.Make the following suggestions:（1）It is suggested that teachers should change the field equipment in time with the progress of students’ technical level in the process of using fast and easy tennis teaching method.（2）It is suggested that the fast and easy tennis teaching method should be combined with the conventional tennis teaching method,and the standardized practice of technical movements should be strengthened while enhancing students’ interest.（3）It is suggested that teachers should design various warm-up games with a sense of ball when using the fast and easy tennis teaching method.（4）It is suggested to design a reasonable competition plan in the teaching process of fast and easy tennis teaching method. |
