On February10,2012,《Primary Teachers’Professional Standards(Trial)》officially issued and implemented, which clearly put forward as a qualifiedprofessional elementary school teachers should have four core concept, namely,"ethics first"," students is basic ","ability to focus" and "lifelong learning".Elementary school teacher’s identity degree in the core idea will directly influence theimplementation of the "standard", ultimately affect the construction of thespecialization of primary school teachers. But the relevant research about the"standard" is poor, and no research on the core ideas.This paper is focused on the elementary school teacher’s identity in the core idea,in order to reveal the elementary school teachers’ current identification of the coreidea, attribution analysis, finally put forward corresponding strategies to improveprimary school teachers’ identity degree of the core concept.Research mainly adopts questionnaire, interview method, based on the literaturereview for the definition of "identity" and the core idea of 《standard》, and theviewpoint of teachers’ self assessment, determine the questionnaire’s two parts,one isthe ideal recognition identity degree, the other is practice recognition degree, and the"ethics first"," students is basic ","ability to focus" and "lifelong learning" as thedimensions. In order to ensure the questionnaire design is reasonable, On August10,2013,30teachers from a primary school has carried on the preliminary investigation,on the basis of the results of the survey questionnaire for the modification, August24th,2013, Changchun city primary school teachers carry on the formal investigation,I issued three hundred questionnaires, recycling two hundred and fifty eightquestionnaires, recovery rate was86%, SPSS11.5statistical tools has carried on thepreliminary statistical analysis to the data. In order to verify and supplement thestatistic analysis of questionnaire survey result, and insight into the influence degreeof primary school teachers’ approval for "core concept", on December6to10,2013,the author selected twelve primary school teachers of Changchun to thesemi-structured interview, and for the first time in analysis based on the results ofquestionnaire investigation and statistical analysis, on March25to28,2014, theauthor selected twenty six elementary school teachers from five schools ofChangchun to carry on the supplement interviews, in order to dig deeper into influence factors of core idea recognition degree of the primary school teachers.The study found that:1. Primary school teachers’ understanding for the four core concept of 《PrimaryTeachers’Professional Standards(Trial)》, there is a big gap between t theory andpractice (that is” concept of the giant, action dwarf” phenomenon is stand out).2. There is big gap on the identity degree of Surveyed teachers for four coreideas.3. Each concept inside there are certain differences in degree of identity. Specificas follows:On the "ethics first" concept, a primary school teacher more exalted "model" andother traditional sensibility for teacher’s virtue, ignore "teaching in accordance withthe law","abide by the socialist core value system" and other modern virtue;On the concept of Primary school teachers in the "love of primary schooleducation career", the degree of identity of ideals and practice are relatively low;On the concept of "students are basic", a primary school teacher thoughexpressed good wishes of "promote elementary school students to learn lively andgrowth healthy and happy ", but neglected to students’ rights;On the concept of " ability to focus ", primary school teachers are not veryidentity for the subject knowledge and education theory are applied to the educationpractice, the ability of organization and implementation of classroom is not veryself-confidence;On "lifelong learning" concept, primary school teachers’ recognition degree isrelatively low for the ideal and practical of primary school education both at homeand abroad the latest progress of the reform and development.4. Primary school teachers give full affirmation to the relevance and importantvalue of standard, but there is situation that is not familiar with the core idea, at thesame time, there are certain limitations and confusion on the understanding andpractice of the concept, even some teachers have complaints.Combined with the interview method, and previous studies, the author found thatrelevant departments training, environment, system, teachers are the main factors ofprimary school teachers’ recognition degree of the core concept, based on this, theauthor put forward the following five Suggestions:1. Promote related training department’s training efforts of the core concept of《Primary Teachers’Professional Standards(Trial)》;2. To create a good environment; 3. Perfect the teachers management system and distribution system, improveteachers’ enthusiasm of learning standard concept;4. Improving the efficiency of time, strengthen the humanistic care;5. Enhance teachers’ professional sense of mission, to promote the enthusiasm ofstudy and practice standard idea.
