Aerobics is an important content of the school quality education, the primary and secondaryaerobics teaching can not only improve the physical fitness of students,strengthen the mind,cultivate character,but also bring up professionals for our competitiveaerobics. Therefore, the importance of aerobics teaching in secondary schools also do not have torepeat them.Aerobics strength is its most iconic character, but also an important standard of evaluation ofaerobics movement quality. Aerobics show co-ordination and use intensity depends on themuscle of various parts of the body, cross training method therefore aerobic and strength haspractical and necessary in the aerobics teaching in applied research, This article through thequestionnaire survey method and quantitative experimental method, carries on theinvestigation of cross training in aerobics class, we get the following conclusions:(1) Atpresent, many schools do not have the basic teaching facilities for the aerobics teaching,lack teaching aerobicsteachers, the teaching method and the teaching content is single and do nothave continuity, students’ understanding of aerobics is too narrow.(2) Cross training of aerobicsteaching compared with traditional teaching method, has a significant influenceon students’ physical function and quality.(3) Cross training in aerobics teaching hasthe necessityand practical application. |
