Research On Influencing Factors And Role Fulfilling Of Supervisors For Students’ Education Internship

Educational practice is an important part of educational practice courses, practicalknowledge to enrich and improve the intern has an important role in teaching ability.Supervisors raining as an important subject of education, educational practice depends largelyon the quality of university training instructor roles effectively discharge.This paper aims to fulfill the role of Supervisors status survey, research universityinternship instructor recognition of its role in the degree of the situation and the role ofcompetent performance of satisfaction. To achieve the purpose,52Northeast NormalUniversity in2013experimental area northeast of Teacher Education Innovation Supervisorsfor the study. The use of questionnaires and interviews to self "on the role of universitytraining instructor questionnaire" as a tool to conduct research using SPSS17.0statisticalanalysis, summarized results of the analysis and conclusions and recommendations.Conclusions of this study are:(1) the role identity, the instructor role of Supervisorsshowed a higher identity. Increase with age and seniority i Supervisors role identity presents abig difference, as the county has a primary and secondary school heads and practice groupwork experience instructor guiding role of teachers agree that they will significantly improve;(2) competent aspects, whether the primary and secondary work experience and practicalguidance on gender competent to have a direct impact on the ability to grow with age, the roleof Supervisors ircumstances inverted V-shaped curve, middle-aged instructor and teachingexperience of11-20years of the most competent teachers college internship instructor roles,with the increase in the number of academic and practical guidance, the ability to fulfill therole gradually increased;(3) in terms of fulfilling the role of the effect of satisfaction,Supervisors roleto fulfill the role of the actual effect generally expressed satisfaction.Whether the group is responsible for the training of people, whether in primary andsecondary school work experience and internships for college interns number of lectures haveaffected the role of nursing teachers fulfill effects. With age, education, job training andguidance of the number increases, the effect of satisfaction to fulfill the role of a gradualincrease.According to research findings, this study suggestions for college, university internshipinstructor as a reference guide to promote college intern teacher’s role to fulfill.
