| Higher vocational field work is in higher vocational colleges on the basis of professional training objectives and teaching plan,arrange further business line in post practice of higher vocational students of a teaching activity.In field work.In post practice,higher vocational students take part in production practice in real professional environment as post interns,which is of great significance to the development of comprehensive quality and professional ability.In this stage,higher vocational students will face the adaptability problem of the transition from the role of student to the role of on-the-job intern.To help students to better complete the role playing in the process of understanding,learning and practicing the role is conducive to their better adaptation to the post practice.It is of great value to improve the comprehensive professional quality of higher vocational students and to input more high-quality applied talents for the society.This study mainly adopts three methods: literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview.First of all,through literature analysis method,I collect related literature database of domestic and abroad research achievements about the role adaptation.Understand the current research progress for the details of this thesis and research framework.Second,through questionnaire investigation and interview method respectively from the role cognition dimension,the professional spirit dimension,the work bearing dimension,the organization integration dimension and the interpersonal coordination dimension to carry on the empirical investigation on the role adaptation of higher vocational students.Conclusion found that the current in the field of higher vocational students internship has many problems on the role adaptation.Thirdly,according to the ternary interactive decision theory and role theory,the influencing factors and adaptation process of role adaptation are analyzed.Finally,according to the above research results,specific suggestions are put forward from the aspects of individuals,higher vocational colleges,internship enterprises,and school enterprise cooperation,which help students better adapt to field work,smoothly play the role of internship,so as to improve the quality of higher vocational field work personnel training is scientific and effective. |
