The government started to pay attention to preschool education since the17thParty Congress in2007. This is an opportunity for preschool education. It has madean plan on the development of preschool education in “National medium andlong-term education reform and development plan outline (2010-2020)”. The statepays more attention in preschool education, financial investment is also more an more.To improve the quality of preschool education has become a priority among prioritiesof the current development of preschool education. The quality of kindergartenteachers restricts the quality of preschool education. Therefore, the national Ministryof education, Ministry of finance jointly issued the “notice on the implementation ofkindergarten teacher’s national training plan” in September5,2011.Kindergarten teacher’s national training is of positive significance to promoteprofessional development of kindergarten teachers and improve the quality of teachers,has made gratifying achievements. But, as a result of inadequate experience,inevitably, the kindergarten teacher’s national training appeared a lot of problems inthe implementation.This research mainly investigated the present situation of the rural keykindergarten teachers’ national training. The study selected two classes in the ruralkey kindergarten teachers’ national training as the research object. This study adoptedquestionnaire method, interview method, literature method.This paper is divided into three parts:Part one: Problem posing. This part mainly discussed the origin of the research,literature review, research questions, research significance, research design.Part two: The investigation and analysis of the present situation of the rural keykindergarten teachers’ national training. This part analyzed the present situation, fromthe training target, training will, training content, training time, training form, trainingof teachers and assessment methods.Part three: The reflection of the rural key kindergarten teachers’ national training.This part summarized the advantages, existing problems and causes, strategies forimprovement.
