Kindergarten curriculum is to protect the quality of pre-school education,to promote healthy and sustainable development of pre-school basis.The quality of rural kindergarten curriculum is an important part of kindergarten curriculum quality in our country.It is of great importance to improve the quality of preschool education in China by paying attention to the problem of rural kindergarten curriculum and optimizing the allocation of curriculum resources in rural kindergarten.This study focuses on the curriculum resources of the five areas of rural kindergarten,including the teaching of teaching aids and the allocation of teachers.At the beginning of the study,the author in the reference to the national "kindergarten play teaching aids directory" on the basis of self-compiled "rural kindergarten curriculum resource allocation questionnaire",and select the H county town as the center of the north and south of the four lines on the 12 Township a total of 25 kindergartens to conduct a questionnaire survey,while self-interview outline,part of the principal and teachers to interview.In the field of language resources allocation,the paper class curriculum resources allocation is better than the electronic curriculum resources allocation,children's books basically reached a standard of per capita,educational wall charts,educational cards can also be more,but the tape recorders,slide lights and other electronic Lack of allocation of curriculum resources,and the existence of differences in the park.In the social domain curriculum resources allocation,the overall configuration is poor,only the desktop toys and headdress configuration slightly better,the other are basically unable to meet the requirements,and on the local resources,the development rate of polar.In the allocation of curriculum resources in the field of science,the construction of curriculum resources allocate better,especially the small building blocks have reached a more satisfactory level,the other three types of scientific exploration,puzzle class,outdoor exploration class are inadequate.In the field of art resources allocation,the overall situation is better,the basic configuration can bemet.And on the teacher's human resources allocation,in the professional teacher configuration,with a young teacher with 5 years of age for the configuration of the main body.Teacher education was high school / secondary,specialist,undergraduate three levels of the average distribution.Teacher training to an average of 1-2 training a year,the training level to township training as the main body,and more than half of the people get all the training supp.In the configuration of the security staff,the two teach a security,a teaching a security,two religions,a teaching have a certain proportion,can not fully meet the state requirements of the two teaching a security standard.With regard to the teacher's curriculum development,there is a weak awareness of the development of curriculum resources,the development of inadequate action.Based on the above quantitative and qualitative analysis results,the author summarizes the problems and shortcomings of the current allocation of curriculum resources in the five areas of H County from four aspects: the shortage of curriculum resources in the five areas is not enough,can not meet the needs of young children;The lack of curriculum development leader;low utilization of local resources,lack of curriculum resources integration thinking;teachers lack of awareness of curriculum resources development,the overall quality to be improved.In view of the existing problems and shortcomings,combined with the current situation of the development of rural kindergarten curriculum,the author also put forward four specific suggestions: continue to expand financial investment,rational allocation of five areas of curriculum resources;the development and utilization of local curriculum resources to achieve resource integration.Give priority to the development of demonstration park to point with the common development;improve the treatment of human resources,stability,teachers.
