The Study On The Learning Environments Suitable For The Development Of The Innovation Ability Of The College Students

Abstract:The cultivation of college students’innovation ability is an important goal of different type education. There is a voluminous study of development of college students’innovation ability development.The researchers mostly explore the reform from the contents and ways of education.These results have had a positive impact on educational practice.From a psychological perspective,innovation is an individual capacity, whose formation and development require certain conditions and foundation. Therefore, this study explores college students’innovation ability development issues from the perspective of the the formation and development of individual innovation.In modern society,university education has become the focus in all the national education systems.Chinese university education has required rapidly considerable development, and made significant contribution to the country’s economic construction and social development since1978.However,there are still many problems,the famous question of the Qian has become the university Gordian problem.Psychological research shows that the development of college students’ innovation ability is the result of a combination of different factors,of which,the learning environments plays a vital role. This paper analyzes the relevant the learning environments suitable for the development of college students’innovation ability by the study of relevant theories.The text is divided into three parts,of which the first part is the formation and development of innovation ability,including innovation ability’ mental performance,the influencing factors of the formation and development in the formation of innovation ability,especially the environment.The second part is the development of college students’innovation ability.The text analysis the factors of college students’innovation ability,combined with the characteristics of the college students themselves,and emphasis on the constituent elements of the learning environment and its impact on college students’ innovation ability.At the last,based on the analysis above,the text summed up the characteristics of learning environment suitable for the development of college students’innovation ability.The third part based on characteristics of learning environments, put forward the countermeasures from four levels,including the campus facilities,cultural atmosphere,interpersonal relationships,academic administration,to build learning environment suitable for the development of the college students’innovation ability...
