Research On The Cultivation Of College Students' Innovation Ability In The Perspective Of Innovation Development

Innovation is the soul of a nation and the inexhaustible power of a country's pros perity.The essence of innovative development is the development of human being.C ollege students are regarded as the bellwether of socialist construction,thus it is of gre at significance to cultivate and improve the creativity of college students so as to push ing forward the sound development of the economy and promoting all-round develop ment of people.In the context of innovative development,there are new requirements for the creativity of college students with the changes in the contradiction in develop ment,rapid economic growth turning to high-quality development,the evolution in th e scientific and technological industry,and the transition of innovation-driven develop ment.Therefore,the key to improve the creativity of college students is to find the pro blems and causes of the creativity of college students and create a sound environment for the cultivation of the creativity of college students.With the guidance of the the innovative development with socialist Chinese char acteristics in the new era with comrade Xi Jinping as the core,this thesis mainly resea rch on the connotation of creative development and the requirements for college stude nts with the context of innovation development.Through the carrying out a questionn aire survey towards the college students about the existing problems in their creativity,the author found that there are many problems exist in the creativity of college stude nts.For example,the lack in innovation awareness,knowledge,original innovation an d innovation practice,especially high-quality innovation.And there are various reaso ns for the lack in innovation of college students,such as improvements in the educatio nal concepts and knowledge structure of educators,nonintellectual factors of educates and the innovation environment and so on.So with the introduction and research on th e theory of innovative development and a clear research on the cultivation of the inno vative ability of college students,the writer will give further methods and approaches on cultivating the creativity of college students with the background on innovative de velopment.
