Research purpose: This study was conducted on60college boys’ O2maxanddetermination of derived indicators, use of college graduates’ O2maxtest method applied tothe data. In order to understand the different characteristics of heart and lung function andaerobic work capacity of students in different majors, with a focus on exploring the maximaloxygen uptake and its derived indicators for difference and variation in different populations.Ideal for undergraduates’ maximum oxygen uptake test methods and the methods ofevaluation provide theoretical and data support, full comparison between maximal oxygenuptake and its derived indicators of results on the basis of differences, so as to establish theage of19-22students between maximal oxygen uptake and its derived indicators ofunderlying data. Students’ health research for the future of the national physique and,eventually, building suitable for different student groups in colleges and universities of Chinacomparison of maximal oxygen uptake and its derived index system to provide theoretical andpractical reference, work for the improvement of University students’ aerobic capacity,physical education provides a theoretical basis.The research methods:A stratified random sampling method, randomly selected30college boys from Liaoning Normal University,10Science students,10Liberal Arts students,10Physical students. Volunteers were request to have a simple form of medical examinationbefore the tests. According to the tests, All the participants don’t have Loco motor systemdiseases and Cardio-cerebral vascular diseases. They are all in good health. Based on thelatest University students’ physical health score table promulgated by the Ministry of nationaleducation, select students,height between170-180cm and normal weight to have the tests.Results:(1) science student subjects appear the O2maxvalue, the relative magnitude of theO2max(35.8±2.9)ml·kg-1·min-1, the O2maxvalue of(2570±246)ml·min-1, the dischargeof CO2per minute to (3246±328)ml·min-1, respiratory quotient has a value of1.01±0.17,the average heart rate is around187times/min;(2) the students of liberal arts subjects appearthe O2maxvalue, the relative magnitude of the O2ma(x34.6±3.1)ml·kg-1·min-1,the O2maxvalue of (2490±280)ml·min-1,the discharge of CO2per minute to (3128±273)ml·min-1,respiratory quotient has a value of1.15±0.12, the average heart rate is around189times/min;(3) sports student subjects appear the O2maxvalue, the relative magnitude of the O2ma(x46.6±4.7)ml·kg-1·min-1, the O2maxvalue of(3072±146)ml·min-1, the dischargeof CO2per minute to(3046±212)ml·min-1, respiratory quotient has a value of1.07±0.06,the average heart rate is around184.0times/min;(4) power bicycle the O2maxon incrementalload value comparison, liberal arts students and science students group no difference, liberalarts students is there a difference between the groups with and sports students, sciencestudents with sports students group difference;(5) power bicycle the O2maxPD on incrementalload value comparison, liberal arts students and science students groups have the difference,the liberal arts students is there a difference between the groups with and sports students,science students is there a difference between the groups with and sports students, three bothtwo difference;(6) before the v O2maxvalue of measurement under the load of standards,continuous motion the O2maxvalue comparison, liberal arts students and science studentsgroup no difference, liberal arts students is there a difference between the groups with andsports students, science students with sports students group difference;(7) before the v O2maxvalue of measurement under the load of standards, continuous motion tlim v O2maxvaluecomparison, liberal arts students and science students group no difference, liberal arts studentsis there a difference between the groups with and sports students, science students groups andsports students have difference.Conclusion:(1) increasing the power cycling load tests O2maxcomparison relations,sports with the other two groups of students(p<0.01)was highly significant difference, butthe science students and liberal arts students have no difference. But the comparisonrelationship of the O2maxplatform duration reflects the three groups of different professionalcollege students between each group (p<0.01) all have highly significant difference, theO2maxplatform duration relatively detailed reflect different professional college studentsaerobic work capacity. But the test sample is limited, need further study.(2) the power cyclingO2max sustained load tests and comparison tlim v O2maxrelationship, sports with the othertwo groups of students (p<0.01)was highly significant difference, but the science studentsand liberal arts students have no difference. Tlim v O2maxfailed to reflect the differencebetween the science students and liberal arts students aerobic work capacity. But O2maxplatform duration and tlim v O2maxvictory means similar but different test methods, therelationship must be into a study.(3) affects the vo2max among college students and itsderived indicators, and the O2maxand its derived index also reflect the different specializeduniversity student’s aerobic work capacity effectively. Including living habits among collegestudents and course arrangement of the O2maxand its derived indicators affect effect remainsto be further studied.
