| The balanced development of compulsory is one of the importent topics and areas in China. It involves education of fairness and justice. This study focus on the equilibrium of teacher and family education of three different types of junior high school in Suzhou Industrial Park.Teachers equilibrium was analyized through the different school teacher education background, professional title, the backbone of teachers ratio as well as the teachers echelon construction, etc.. All the data directly come from the education administrative department in2012. Family education balanced, was investigated through188parents of three school using self-designed "family education status questionnaire", including family education material environment, family microscopic social structure and family education value orientation and so on.The study found that:the level of teachers in different school has uneven distribution, and the development trend is also significantly different; Parents’ economic income, housing conditions and education level in different schools is not balanced, Parents work stable or relatively stable,, there is no difference in family education orientation between schools. But in different school the parent-child communication content has significant differences.According to the present situation and the question, this article put forward the corresponding strategy from the government allocation of resources, regional division, school management, teachers training, president selection and campus surrounding environment construction etc. |
