Along with the new-type urbanization proposing and advancing,different patterns have sprung up.Suzhou situ urbanization and rural integration model has become one of the main types of them.In situ urbanization also raised the corresponding requirements on Educational Equity and Balanced.It is meaningful to review and sort out the experience and success of the benign interaction between education and rural development.For one thing,it can provides development paths to t he further promotion of the compulsory education equalization.For the other,it can also offers a more comprehensive angle for the education leading's urbanization.From the study of educational fair theory,optimal allocation of resources and fiscal decentralization theory,this article based on the current situation analysis about in situ urbanization,compulsory education equality and the coordination degree measurement in situ urbanization and compulsory education equality,summarizing characteristics and existing problems.Then building relationship between the urbanization features of the spatial balanced urban system,the decentralized population layout,the integrative development of countryside and city and the expressions of compulsory educational balanced development in opportunity equilibrium,the allocation of resources equilibrium,education quality equilibrium.And then exploring the interaction mechanism.After that,presenting countermeasures from the angle of planning to enhance the coordination degree of in situ urbanization and compulsory education equality,in order to provide references for the others.
