With the booming development of the information technology, information literacy andinformation processing ability has become necessary to adapt to the development of contemporary social,the basic qualities of information technology education has been unprecedented attention. However, theinformation technology teaching in common of junior high school have such outstanding problems aslagging teaching content and teaching resources, student’s self-control ability is not too good to controlthemselves, study enthusiasm is not high, and students are easily lost in the network, leading to poorteaching effect of information technology course. Microlecture with its characteristic of knowledgeexpression capability is strong, short, flexibility arises at the historic moment under the background of thedigital age. Once the micro-course appeared, it has got the favour of students, teachers and researchers.Based on this, this paper has carried out for study of junior middle school information technologycurriculum design, to try to solve the problems existing in the junior middle school information technologyteaching.Research and practice at home and abroad were reviewed in this paper the course, on the basis ofconstructivism, informal learning and education principle of diminishing marginal effect theory as a guide,combined with the teaching goal of junior middle school information technology course and the cognitivecharacteristics of students, explores the basic principles of curriculum design, put forward the face of thejunior middle school information technology curriculum design method, the method including the frontanalysis, the determination of micro mesh system, design of micro curriculum implementation, courseevaluation system, and discusses the matters needing attention in the design of the course. Finally,according to the proposed micro course design method, design and develop the micro case and applied inpractical teaching.The test and the interview results show that this method not only can stimulate the learningenthusiasm of students in information technology course, at the same time also can make the teachingresources are accumulating and full. This study to further improve the students’ interest in learning, solvethe shortcomings in the information technology teaching, improve the students’ information literacy and so on has certain realistic significance and practical value.
