With the transformation of people’s education idea and the in-depth development ofnational education informatization, many educators pay more and more attention to sometheories and concepts, including informatization education, lifelong learning,individualized learning and so on. Meanwhile, they carry out constantly in-depthexploration and practice. It has been proved that it helps meet the learning needs oflearners to use the advanced information resources or equipment and combine personalizedlearning with traditional teaching. All of these improve learners’ learning efficiencygreatly.Today’s high school information technology teaching is faced with the challenge ofhow to meet the needs of the individual student and achiev the advanced teaching goals.The problem needed to resolve are how to realize the stratified teaching, improve theefficiency of classroom learning and how to use of information technology to improvestudents’information literacy.The introduction to the concept of " microlecture " and its rapid development providethe existence of the opportunity for high school information technology education."Microlecture " is given priority to video resources with the advantages of being short,outstanding themes, interesting teaching forms and strong interactivity, etc. It can meet theneeds of stratified teaching and students’individualized learning. What’s more, it is helpfulto break the traditional teaching mode. Therefore, the research of high school informationtechnology courses and the optimization of teaching design and application program isnecessary.This thesis is divided into six parts:Part one: Introduce the background and meaning of this research; describes thecurrent status and development trend of related research home and abroad; present research objectives, ideas and content; clarify the specific research methods.Part two: The literature analysis is the introduction to personalized learning theoryand the microlecture theory, which is a theoretical basis.Part three: The survey to the subjects and teachers helps to know the problems intoday’s high school information technology teaching. Through the analysis, find out thesolutions, especially the necessity of using microlecture. The author makes a furtherresearch to the requirements of microlecture in information technology teaching in highschool and points out the feasibility.Part four: The analyses of high school information technology teaching designprinciples and microlecture design principles help to build up a design and applicationstrategy. At present the application mode, design, development and evaluation criteria ofmicrolecture is put forward and a series of design and application standards are formed.Part five: According to the application mode of formation of microlecture, design thespecific case of high school information technology course and apply to teaching practice.Through the teaching effect of data collection, sorting and analyzing, the author proves theimportance of microlecture in promoting students’development.Part six: The experimental conclusion and the prospect of limitations in the researchand the future development trend.
