Since the nineteenth century, the rise of large-scale outdoor education today hasgone through more than a century of development, the development of outdooreducation in developed countries has matured and improved, but outdoor education inChina is still a freshman term, education experts have repeatedly calls for the nation’sfuture, China is also the Physical Education reform and innovation, outdoor educationcourses will integrate a wide range of higher education. So, perfect for outdooreducation courses teaching content system is an important stage in the implementationof innovation in higher education.In this paper, the contents of the outdoor education college for the study, use ofliterature, comparative analysis, logical analysis, questionnaire and expert interviews,collecting and sorting through literature presents the author’s definition of outdooreducation, combing the relationship between outdoor education and related concepts,and discriminates the difference between outdoor education and traditional educationthrough comparative analysis also describes the basic model of outdoor educationprograms. Starting from four aspects physiology, psychology, sociology and educationon the value of outdoor education for analysis; combine global outdoor educationpioneer Outward Bound (Taiwan) associated with outdoor education curriculum GreerDanish sports school curriculum and conduct mode, the integration of theEnlightenment of Foreign outdoor education to China. The idea of outdoor education incolleges and universities teaching content system while experts conducted aquestionnaire survey and interviews. Eventually come to the following conclusions:1, outdoor education, that is, in the outdoor environment to organized physical activity(including physical activity, mental activity) as a means by participants subjectivefeelings and experience, and ultimately achieve a certain purpose of educationalactivities.2, the foreign Outdoor Education Curriculum Content Design Inspiration to China: Letthe students in the "doing" than in the classroom,"sitting learning" is more important;physiological functions and mental ability was viewed as important; wealth can beharvested in the classroom good enough for a lifetime learners, not just to meet the test;curriculum emphasis on the relationship between people and the natural environment ofthe three others.3, educational course content is based on the design of outdoor college health, safety,innovation and the promotion of multi-dimensional integrated basic guiding ideology.Cognitive objectives into their teaching goals, skills, goals, emotional and social goals.4, the theoretical basis of college outdoor education course covers the theoretical basisof psychology, experiential learning, education theory and sociological basis of thetheoretical basis.5, outdoor education colleges teaching content system construction principles containedscientific principles, the principles of security, usability principles and systematicprinciple.6, China’s university teaching outdoor education content level indicators of outdooreducation theory, outdoor safety awareness, outdoor sports skills and mental potential and social organism’s ability to adapt, secondary indicators are divided into:Introduction outdoor education, outdoor activities, introduction, field survival Code,environmental safety knowledge, outdoor first aid knowledge, risk prevention outdoors,rock climbing skills, orienteering skills, water sports skills, wilderness survival skills,respect and understanding consciousness, responsibility awareness, decision-makingand implementation capacity, social skills, team coordination ability, psychologicaladjustment capability.
