With the development of economy,the progress of the society,the world's need for talent and desire more and more urgent,in pursuit of higher education,preschool education through the national policy of relying on science and education spring breeze,stride forward.Now,focus on quality of kindergarten education is a kind of trend,and establish a scientific system of preschool teachers' evaluation standard system has become a necessity.The national association of early childhood education NAEYC established five at the core of preschool teacher education standard,also proposed a wide range of general knowledge education standards;NBPTS has formulated and promulgated the excellent preschool teacher's professional standards.In contrast,China for kindergarten teacher evaluation standard formulation and implementation of a late start,in recent years is a very important document in 2011 the ministry of education issued by the kindergarten teachers' professional standard(trial)",is the country's most kindergarten teachers evaluation is based on the spirit of this file.This research mainly is given priority to with the kindergarten in dalian,for half a year's investigation and research,give priority to with interview method,questionnaire survey,focus interview six teachers,100 questionnaires,literature method,on the information collected by the data classification,sorting,induction,analysis,focuses on exploring the current each kindergarten in dalian for preschool teachers have to understanding "the professional standards," and the kindergarten for the implementation of the evaluation standards of early childhood teachers,starting from the present situation,for preschool teachers and kindergarten put forward some Suggestions for preschool teachers' evaluation,the improvement of the evaluation standards for kindergarten teachers do drop of water.This paper is divided into four main parts: the first part mainly discusses the background of kindergarten teacher evaluation standard and research the necessity and feasibility of the kindergarten teachers' current evaluation standards.The second part mainly introduces the origin and development of kindergarten teacher evaluation standard.The third part based on the status quo of kindergarten teacher evaluation criteria were investigated,to explore the main problems existing among them.The fourth part in view of the present problems existing in the preschool teachers' evaluation standard,put forward the corresponding Suggestions and strategies.The fifth part is the deficiency of this study,and clarified the direction of further research.
