With the general increasing requirement for excellent preschool education as well as government education institutional restructuring and transformation of functions, connotative development is becoming the principal way of the new preschool education, and kindergartens are moving a step forward to managing in accordance with the law, and developing independently. The traditional supervision assessment method which features the administrative authority can not adapt to the stage characteristics and requirement of the preschool education developing. Developmental Supervision Assessment which aims on promoting the kindergartens independent development does meet the demand of times and development of kindergartens. According to the features and actual practice of Dalian Zhongshan kindergartens’ Developmental Supervision Assessment this thesis based on the investigation will discuss and analyses the problems on constructing kindergartens Developmental supervision Assessment System.From the analysis of many document materials, it can be seen that kindergartens’ Developmental Supervision Assessment research is remaining on the operating lay, but the systematic research of it doesn’t begin. Dalian Zhongshan kindergartens Developmental the systematic research of it doesn’t begin. Dalian Zhongshan kindergartens Developmental Supervision Assessment is taken as example, so this thesis makes a deep research. The thesis begins with basic situation and problems of Zhongshan kindergartens, and designs the main framework with basic indicators and developmental indicators including four indicator systems such as standard ability key indicators, characteristic construction, independent development. In the past3years, Develomental Supervision Assessment has passed three stages-diagnosis and planning, operation instruction, concluding comment. As a result it has completed one region integral evaluation, and constructed this style of supervision assessment which combines homogeneity assessment and developmental assessment, integrating random visual guide, special supervision with comprehensive supervision. Preschool education is presenting an excellent developing sight with an obvious quality education resources increment. This indicator system is presenting the following characteristics-focusing development indicators, differences and demand. However, there’s a long wary to go on the degree of job-program mode forming, social assessment, total constructing of supervisor team.
