With the rapid development of computer and Internet industry, China’s education industry has been tremendous and profound changes. Especially, change is the most rapidly in the network and multimedia technology as the main carrier and the realization of online education mode. As a kind of different from the traditional face-to-face teaching mode of education, it breaks through the time, space, cost and other factors on the pattern of traditional education, convenience and flexibility with high. Therefore, great adapted to the fast pace of modern life, work mode of people’s demand for education. Regardless of the occupation education, preschool education or education, online education provides a more efficient learning mode, the size of the market showing explosive growth and expansion. But because the online education industry started late in China, and China’s educational thinking is fixed under the "traditional model class--Examination--evidence", development prospects and development mode of the whole industry is still not clear enough, the industry enterprises are carried out according to their own exploration, among them, especially in the marketing strategy of online education innovation needs the most urgent. At present, most of the main media education and training institutions of the implementation of the network marketing or platform is still limited in QQ, MSN, YAHOO, Baidu. At the same time, as the Internet industry is still in a rising stage in the development of our country, the industry is still in a vague stage for the online education market marketing strategy, not a complete, mature system can learn from.Based on the ZD distance education network, network marketing strategy as the object of study, aims to help research ZD distance education network, to solve the following problems in network marketing online education products:1, how to define the product market positioning in the age of Internet and the marketing strategy choice;2, how to combine the characteristics of online education, re product mix, clear the selling point of products, improve competitiveness;3, how to establish marketing network consciousness, enrich the network platform of marketing;4, how to improve the ability of management, online education system operation. To solve by gradually to the above questions by combing, analysis and, for the network marketing strategy of online education system ZD remote education network institute are clear, and the implementation level gives guidance and improve the program, but also for other similar institutions in the construction of network marketing, online education system to provide reference experience.
