| Under the trend of economic globalization,education in all countries has been rapidly pushed into the international market.Education is gradually becoming a profitable industry from purely consumer public utilities.At the same time,with the development of economy and society,people’s living standards are increasing day by day,and people’s requirements for training,studing and self-improvement also increase day by day.The number of educational and training institutions that meet the needs of improving adult education,skills training,art learning and various kinds of training and learning for children has seen a dramatic increase.Education and training institutions as a supplement to school education is an important part of the market today.This article compares the marketing strategies of different education at home and abroad through the methods of literature research,comparative analysis and case study.Starting with some related theories,this paper analyzes the current situation of education market in our country,especially the current situation and existing problems of private education and training institutions,Taking the combination of theory and practice,this paper takes Fuzhou Xinzhi Education and Training School as an example to explore the marketing strategies optimization measures and suggestions of private education and training institutions in our country.This article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter first introduces the theoretical basis of marketing strategy for profitable private education and training institutions.The second chapter analyzes the market environment of education and training in Fuzhou as an example to find out the ubiquity of education and training institutions problem.The third chapter proposes the countermeasures for the problems mentioned above,combined with the marketing theory.The fourth chapter,combining the market environment and the development trend of our country’s education and training industry,puts forward some new suggestions.Finally,this article summarizes and prospects. |
