With the further development of the reform and opening-up policy,Chinese economic and social developed quickly,talent competition is increasing fiercely,under this background,more and more parents and students choose after class to take part in all kinds of counseling or remediation.At present,the number of students in primary and middle schools in Chinese compulsory education is nearly 200 million,among which 70% of them are taking or have ever taken extracurricular counseling training.In cities,up to 90% of primary and middle school students have been involved in extracurricular counseling.These data indicate that marketing prospects of extracurricular education training industry is brilliant.Now Only International Education F City Branch management is focusing on how to be highly competitive in the fierce market,keep the leading market share and develop further.The dissertation takes the marketing business in Only International Education F City Branch as a research subject.By using the relevant theories of marketing mixture strategy and analyzing the current marketing situation from the seven aspects,i.e.product,price,channel,promotion,personnel,tangible demonstration and process,I hope to find out the certain problems existing in its marketing strategies.Using PEST model and SWOT analysis to analyze the macro,internal and competitive environments where Only International Education F City Branch exists,I hope to guide a direction for its marketing strategies.By subdividing the Branch's training market,choosing the right target market and determining the market positioning,the dissertation intends to optimize the marketing strategies by establishing the high value-added course systems,formulating reasonable prices,innovating promotion modes,broadening marketing channels as well as strengthening staff relationship management and service routing.Finally,the dissertation puts forward some safeguard measures to implement these strategies,such as concept security,organization security and finance security.
