As a qualitative research method, Educational Narrative Research aims to using the empirical observation for pursing the process of construct meaning and describing what’s the meaning. Researchers reappear the objects’ educational life in the form of stories through the account of the objects. This paper employs the narrative inquiry to describe the developing of a private kindergarten by three dimensions——kindergarten leader, teachers and researcher.In leader’s eyes, although Y kindergarten is not developing frequently, it is also winning the recognition of parents, children and so on finally. Leader Lin always adheres that how long a the life of a kindergarten depends on its education quality. Y is attaching great importance to teachers’ training and development, pursuing high education quality and cultivating children’s interests. Y kindergarten’s growth seems smoothly, it is full of difficulties in fact. It needs to put a lot of money into the kindergarten. Leader Lin is always worrying about the site instability of Y and how to retain excellent Researcher-oriented Teachers. Although it seems not good, Y is still insisting to improving education quality and Y’s research level to make Y more and more better.In the eyes of teachers, the work in Y kindergarten is very tedious but it is also full of challenges. Because of this teachers feel the untold happiness in Y kindergarten. As a leader, Mrs Lin is strict with work; as a colleague,she is every teacher’s friend and you can talk whatever you want with her. Of course teachers in Y kindergarten also have complaints. For example the fairy is not enough to meet their desire and their life cannot be ensured. At the moment, Cooperative Education of Kindergarten and Home plays a very important role in kindergarten. In the opinion of research, the support of our country can guarantee the developing of private kindergarten under the background of public kindergartens demand exceeding supply. Excellent leader is the core of a kindergarten. Leader and teacher should undertake the responsibilities of everyone’s role. Kindergarten leader is the general of a army, he must use the power of a leader and put the kindergarten into a good road. Teachers should adhere that teacher is the whole life’s career and give your love to children, enthusiasm to kindergarten.This paper has no intention to put forward the ubiquitous educational principle, but has the intention to look for the educational significance in the situation. I go near into a private kindergarten and listen to the voice of the private kindergarten by narrative so that I can reserve the real feelings and also except me to do tidy but deep-ground task for verbalism in the educational study by standing on Chinese reality.
