Teachers’ certification system has a irreplaceable impact on assurance teachers’qualification, it’s a supportable system of education qualification, the demand of teachers’professionalization and the key to implement teachers’ professionalization. Teachers’certification examination is an important way to select qualified teachers. Effective examinationcan choose the most excellent teacher team, which ensure the qualification of teachers from thesource and take a solid foundation to mold professional teacher team. In2011,Zhejiang Provinceand Hubei Province were appointed as pilot reform regions for teacher’s qualifications bynational ministry of education. In2012, Guangxi became one of the pilot provinces that putnational examination system of teachers’ certification into force.As a pilot region, the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region has made some achievement onmaking up the lagging and negligence caused by former politics, as well as improvement ofoperation procedure. Under the background that teacher professionalization become the centralidea of international education of teacher, this thesis raises some questions based on system levelfrom many aspects such as the reform of national teachers’ system, the implement of nationalexamination system of teachers’ certification in Guanxi, and the influence on normal collagesand normal students. For example, this thesis finds that the insufficient publicity of nationalexamination system of teachers’ certification, the less acquaintance to national examinationsystem of teachers’ certification from most students, the contradiction between the internshipstipulation of normal students in new system and the operation in reality, the lack of inevitabledemand of the times in content of new system and so on. This thesis focuses on providing reformstrategies in contributing the teachers professionalization for Guanxi based on promoting thereform of national examination system of teachers certification. The relevant departments ofgovernment should implement some specific functions including strengthening the breadth anddepth of the related policy propaganda, calibrating the examination with the standards beingsuitable to society and the times, unifying and standardizing principles for educational practicing,promoting educational investment in remote or mountainous area. As for School, its mainresponsibility contains making new policy propaganda with enthusiasm and transforming mode of normal student fostering and protection Teacher professional characteristics and preventexamination of cultured normal students. Last, but not least, for students themselves,accelerating self-change process, enhancing learning initiative, and adjusting the mentality aswell as cognize perceive should be significant.
